Order Processing Time

All items are made to order through our print fulfillment partner, Printify.

Production time typically takes 2–5 business days before your item ships.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time Estimates

Once your order has been produced, shipping times typically are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We can only make changes before production begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
